The Hotel Le Coucou Méribel is ideally located right on the slopes in the heart of the 3 Vallées.
The 3 Vallées is the largest ski area in the world, with 600 kilometres of 339 ski runs, complete with 155 lifts.. The Méribel ski area is just as suitable for beginners and children as it is for experienced skiers, with 17% green runs, 39% blue runs, 33% red runs and 11% black runs. Accompanied by a guide or ski instructor, set off on unforgettable adventures in complete safety in the heart of these unspoilt open spaces. In the secret corners of the area known only to the guides and instructors, ski in the exceptional snow on the north-facing slopes or take time out to admire the magnificent scenery away from the lifts and other skiers.
The most daring skiers can take on the Grand Couloir run, which is the steepest or the La Face run, the most Olympic. La Bartavelle, in the Méribel ski area, is a beautiful black run with a continuous slope, the perfect way to warm up your muscles with a view of Mont Blanc. These adventurous runs are part of the 3 Vallées ski area.
The ESF of the ski area of Méribel
At Le Coucou Méribel, we work in partnership with the ESF of Méribel (French ski school), and our team is at your disposal to show you the important points of the domain or to book an instructor who will guide you according to your level. The instructors of the French Ski School of Meribel are graduates of the ENSA (National Ski and Alpinism School) and are specialized in all winter sports disciplines including skiing, snowboarding, Nordic skiing, biathlon, snowshoeing, telemark or handiskiing.
The ESF instructors of Méribel offer lessons for children from 4 years old in the Piou-Piou club to adults of all ages, including children from 5 to 12 years old and teenagers.
Private lessons: Morning from 220 € - Afternoon from 210 € - Full day from 420 € - 6 people maximum per instructor.
Group lessons: 5 mornings or afternoons from 210 € - 6 mornings or afternoons from 231 €.
